*Induction Programme will focus on giving fundamental inputs about the various Courses taken from Multi Disciplines with the objective to bring all Participants to a uniform level. For this purpose 5(five) Introductory Courses will be offered from which Participants will be asked to opt at least 3(three) Courses.
(a) Introduction to Accounting (b) Introduction to Business Mathematics
(c) Introduction to Economics (d) Introduction to Information Technology
(e) Business Etiquettes
Each Course is structured for a duration of 9 (nine) hours. The Induction Programme is compulsory for all the Participants. It is followed by evaluation of performance in terms of Pass/Fail.
**Foundation Course will be held under the leadership of Prof. Paul Srivastava on “Managing in the 21st Century”. Apart from Prof. Paul Srivastava, Prof. Ashoke K. Dutta, Director and Prof. Rohit Dwivedi, Faculty of RGIIM will be the lead faculty in this Foundation Course.
