Alumni of IIM Shillong are already contributing successfully in organizations of international and national repute. At IIM Shillong, besides ensuring the quality and standards considered hallmark of an IIM, we emphasize on sustainable development and business practices, ethical values and behaviour, and concern for society. We have pioneered several new initiatives to bring about closer interactions between students and academia, exposed the participants to diverse and emerging fields of study like sports management, and in addition to ensuring proper rigor, stressed on creation of a unique quality experience for the PGP participants during their 2 year stay in IIM S.
Final Placements is a defining moment for our students. After nearly two years of rigorous academic work they are all eager to join the world of business.
